Why Exist at All?
Technology and the Tao is dedicated to impacting current culture through the ancient art of sharing ideas and crafting communication. We are living on the constant edge of innovation and what many theorists describe as "one step away from chaos." You've probably noticed or at least get the feeling that things are changing and fast. My job is to observe, study and comment on the changing landscape around us. Whether you are aware of it or not, this is a strategic inflection point in history. The current concept of what it means to be human is being re-negotiated. The promises and perils of technology loom. Awareness of the issues is vital. So, here at Technology and the Tao, we want to offer up-to-date information on a range of topics. From emerging technologies to religion, we strive to share reports and stories that will be of interest to you. In addition, we realize that culture is a nexus, a dynamic interplay of worldviews and values. Without sharing aspects of art, film, music, sports, politics, and economics, we would be missing the mark greatly. Where our opinions and yours differ, we would interpret that as an area for potential growth and learning on our part. We invite you to share your thoughts. Let's level up the dialogue together.
